TEACHERS DAY
Teachers' Day was celebrated on 5th September 2024, with students highlighting the significance of the occasion. Teachers took the stage, performing a variety of cultural programmess to mark the celebration.
SCHOOL EXHIBITION
The exhibition, held on August 31, 2024, was presided over by Sri. Muraleedharan Nair, President of Kerala Samajam, Dooravaninagar. The presence of all the management members added to the significance of the occasion, making it a memorable event.

INDEPENDENCE DAY
Jubilee Institutions celebrated Independence Day at Jubilee English High School at NRI Layout with great zeal, where Col. Sabu Joseph (Retd) graced the event as the esteemed Chief Guest. The celebration featured a warm welcome speech, a solemn flag hoisting ceremony, an impressive march past, vibrant cultural programs, and a sweet distribution, making the occasion truly unforgettable.

Awareness class conducted on 20th May 2024 by Khadi And Village Industries Commission (KVIC) to raise awareness about their importance in our ecosystem and commit to protecting their habitats.

ENVIRONMENT DAY
Environment Day was celebrated on 5th June 2024 at Jubilee School, Vijinapura with great enthusiasm. Principal Madam Kala A spoke about the significance of the day and emphasized the theme for this year: “Land Restoration, Desertification, and Drought Resilience.” Students contributed by bringing saplings, joining a rally, and participating in cultural programmes in the school. The event successfully raised awareness and encouraged actions for environmental protection among the students.

“ Harmony” - Annual Day Celebration
Theme : Navarasas On January 13, 2024, the vibrant celebration of "Harmony" took place at the Jubilee School campus in Vijinapura. The event was graced by esteemed Chief Guests including Technologist and Actor Sri. Prakash Bare, MLA of Kolar Constituency Sri. Kothur G Manjunath, and ECO Bangalore South Sri. Kantharaj. Teachers and students exuded enthusiasm throughout the event. Parents and students were also present.
Distinguished individuals, such as DKSES President Sri. Muraleedharan Nair, Vice President Sri. Vijayan, General Secretary Sri. Dennis Paul, Secretary Sri. Chandrashekhara Kurup K, Treasurer Sri. Chandran M.K, and Joint Secretaries Sri. Beeno Sivadas and Sri. Johny P C, along with the Administrator, Principal, and previous year Principals, added to the auspicious occasion.
The event kicked off with a cheerful invocation song performed by the children, setting a joyful tone. The Principal's welcome address brought a touch of formality, and the lighting of the lamp ceremony beautifully symbolized the pursuit of knowledge and inspiration. The chief guest, President, General Secretary, and Secretary delivered inspirational speeches,motivating everyone present at the event.
Highlighting the event were dance performances by higher primary and high school students, showcasing both classical and contemporary styles in a presentation titled "Navarasas." The performances brought to life the nine emotions (navarasas) from India’s performing arts traditions, including Shringara, Hasya, Karuna, Raudra, Veera, Beebhatsa,
Bhayanaka, Adbhuta, and Shanta. Dressed in colorful costumes, the young performers captivated the audience with delightful and imaginative dance routines, stealing the show. REPUBLIC DAY Celebration 26TH JAN 2024 Jubilee School students showcased their participation in the march past and pyramid formation, alongside the presence of teachers, during the Taluk-Level Republic Day Celebration held at KR Puram First Grade College. "Marking the essence of unity, diversity, and freedom on Republic Day! Republic Day festivities took place at Jubilee School in Vijinapura.
DKSES Vice President Sri. Vijayan, Secretary Sri Chandrashekhara Kurup K, Administrator, and Principal were present at the occasion. The event commenced with flag hoisting, tribute to Dr. Ambedkar, a prayer song by scouts and guides, and speeches by board members and the head girl, highlighting the significance of the day." NATIONAL VOTER'S DAY: Taking a pledge for change National Voters' Day is celebrated in India on January 25th every year to mark the foundation day of the Election Commission of India, which was established on January 25th, 1950.It involves numerous activities and programs in schools to educate students about the significance of voting, democratic principles, and the electoral process, culminating in students taking pledges to uphold democratic values, engage responsibly in elections, and inspire others to follow suit. TRAFFIC AWARENESS CLASS On January 16th, the Karnataka Traffic Police conducted a Traffic Awareness Class for our students, aiming to improve road safety awareness by encouraging adherence to rules, respect for fellow drivers, and ensuring safer roads for everyone. National Maths Day: 22 nd December 2023 On December 22, 2023, Mathematics Day was celebrated, with a focus on appreciating each equation as a work of art and considering every problem as an opportunity for discovery. Various activities related to Mathematics Day were conducted to engage and inspire participants in the world of mathematics. Annual Sports Meet 2023 The Annual Sports Meet '23 took place on December 16, 2023, at the Jubilee Institutions Sports Complex. Sri. Praveen, the General Manager of Accenture, a versatile individual deeply involved in sports, arts, and community development, graced the event. The presence of distinguished individuals such as DKSES President Sri. Muraleedharan Nair, Vice President Sri. Vijayan, General Secretary Sri. Dennis Paul, Secretary Sri. Chandrashekhara Kurup K, Treasurer Sri. Chandran M.K, and Joint Secretaries Sri. Beeno Sivadas and Sri. The variety of activities, including march past, running race, relay, Pyramid, Scouts and Guides Display, band display, and Kabbadi, showcased the diverse talents and skills of the participating students. It's evident that the event was not only a platform for healthy competition but also a celebration of sportsmanship and teamwork. Congratulations to all the students who participated and won prizes in different events, making the Annual Sports Meet a memorable and successful occasion for the Jubilee Institutions Sports Complex. Constitutional day - Jubilee School, Vijinapura On December 4th, 2023, we celebrated Constitution Day, focusing on our shared values and commitment to democracy. This day honors the people who wrote India's Constitution, led by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. To teach students about its importance, we organized several activities. Children's Day celebrated on November 14th, honors the birth anniversary of Jawaharlal Nehru, the country's first Prime Minister, emphasizing the significance of nurturing and celebrating the vibrant spirit of the younger generation.
“BLOSSOM” was celebrated with gaiety and fervor on 25th November 2023. All the Teachers and students were vibrant and enthusiastic. The event was graced by the presence of esteemed individuals, including DKSES President Sri. Muraleedharan Nair, Vice President Sri. Vijayan, General Secretary Sri. Dennis Paul, Secretary Sri Chandrashekhara Kurup K, Treasurer Sri. Chandran M.K, and Joint Secretaries Sri. Beeno Sivadas and Sri. Johny P C. Kannada Rajyotsava Celebration Kannada Rajyotsava was celebrated with great enthusiasm on Nov 6, 2023, at Jubilee School, VIjinapura by the students and staff. It serves as a reminder of the rich cultural and historical heritage of Karnataka and fosters a sense of unity and pride among its people. DKSES Vice President Sri. Vijayan, Secretary Sri Chandrashekhara Kurup K, Administrator and Principal were present on this auspicious occasion. The programme began with lighting of lamp, followed by speeches and cultural programmes by students. The event generated a sense of pride in the minds of the audience, for being part of a culture that is so rich and vibrant. Farewell to our School Administrator Mr.T.I. Subran. Your positivity and hard work have been truly inspiring. I'm sure you will continue to make an impact in whatever you do. Vegetable carving competition for students was held on 19/10/2023. Face Painting competition for students was held on 17/10/2023. Every year, we open up the opportunity to every child to explore and excel in the curricular and co-curricular activities that enrich their skills and broaden their horizons. As part of CCA, Kannada Recitation, Drawing, Origami, Kite Making, and Dance competitions were held for Classes 3 and 4 from 9th - 11th Oct 2023 at school premises. English Recitation, Picture Reading, Drawing, storytelling, and Fancy Dress competitions were held for Classes 1 and 2 from 16th -18th Oct 2023 at school premises. Sports day was conducted for classes I - IV in the school. To commemorate the Birth Anniversary of the Father of Our Nation, we
celebrated Gandhi Jayanthi in Jubilee School, Vijinapura. The celebration
began with the lighting of a lamp followed by a floral tribute to Mahatma
Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Sashtri. The students and teachers gave motivational speeches and
songs to mark the occasion. Kerala Samajam, Dooravaninagar, celebrated Onam 2023 on October 1st
at the Jubilee Institution Sports Complex. Various cultural programmes
for all age groups entertained the audience. Our students entertained the
audience with a special performance through which they could show the
growth of Malayalam cinema. Hindi Diwas Celebrated at Jubilee SCHOOL Literary Competition was held for Kindergarten, Higher Primary and High School Sections on 8th 9th and 10th September.
The events are as follows:Fancy Dress, Short talk, Light music, story telling, Monoact, Freedom fighter speech (English), Best out of waste, Singing (Patriotic songs), Advertisement, Pookalam Teachers Day celebration held on 5th Sept 2023. Different cultural events were performed by teachers. Jubilee Institutions celebrated 77th Independence Day at Jubilee Institutions Sports Complex, NRI Layout with great vigour and patriotic fervour. The celebration began with the unfurling of the National Flag in the foreground by the Chief Guest Dr. K Anil Kumar, Project Director, Scientist G, GTRE.
Students across all grades from Jubilee Institutions participated enthusiastically to present a stupendous cultural show. The splendid performances of the young talents of Jubilee Institutions included patriotic songs, dazzling dance performances, march past by different platoons, Hoops, umbrella drills, ball drills, aerobics, Taekwondo, and Pyramid formation. Gaiety and patriotic fervour found its vent in a gracious dance drama performance by the students. Students of Jubilee School, Vijinapura participated in participated in Taluk level Independence day programme held at KR Puram.

Kindergarten Onam celebrations
Every year Malayalam classes are conducted at Jubilee School, Vijinapura after school hours for students whose mother tongue is Malayalam. This year Malayalam classes started from 2/08/23.
A workshop was conducted for class 10 students by Dr. Shyam Sundar, an experienced and certified consultant Psychologist.The objective of the workshop was to educate the students on the ways with which students can deal and relieve fear to excel in their exams. Mr Sundar explained about the 3 C principles- Commitment, Control, and Challenge.
